The Sky Garden Tower is design to be a unique piece of architecture that makes a modern and sensible statement in a cost effective approach. The tower is based on a conventional grid of columns that suspend both modular architectural box and sky garden. Different compilation of these boxes can match the budget and apartment mix. The Sky Garden Tower stands facing the sea as well as facing downtown Abu Dhabi and is state of the art residential tower comprising of condominiums over various sizes stacked in a series of architectural boxes that creates the effect of sky gardens in three segments of the building. Located in a quiet and upscale marina neighborhood at Al Reem Island, the development is linked to downtown Abu Dhabi by a bridge and is just 20 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi Airport.

WAVES TOWER

Waves Tower located in the capital center that have a visionary and spectacular mixed-use community with a variation of indoor and outdoor public spaces designed to seamlessly integrate a balanced mix of uses including office, hotel and residential. The project is located in a desirable up-and coming area South West of Abu Dhabi center along Al Khaleej Al Arabi. The project consists of two towers on one podium with a total built up area of 100,540 sqm and with total budget of 400 million dirhams. Adjacent to Zayed Military Hospital. Its proximity to the Canal water-front, the Grand Mosque, the Embassy district, Zayed Sports-city and newly proposed residential developments make it ideal for providing a destination for business and recreation to its patrons and neighboring inhabitants.
