Delivering an entirely finished urban residential area is the Project's goal. The area will place a focus on residential home typologies and offer suitable access to neighborhood amenities, integrated transportation, and a top-notch public realm. Residents should be able to access neighborhood services and facilities on foot in a welcoming atmosphere, and this will be one of the Master Plan of YAS GATE's distinguishing features. The project will include all infrastructure and 140 residential villas. The landscaping plan must have designated areas for community activities. Formal gardens, shade structures, walking walkways, and suitable hard surfacing will be included in this as deemed acceptable for community enjoyment.
